Our returns process is simple. Should you need to return or exchange purchased items, you have 28 days from the date of reception to do so. The return shipping cost is complimentary through our designated carrier. However, customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
We will collect from your home, office or alternative address free of charge.
Shipping cost on exchanges is also complimentary.
Your returned item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unlaundered and with all Les Suites and designer tags still attached.
On reception and validation of your returned items, we will proceed with exchange or reimbursement.
We regret that returns that do not conform to our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once we have processed your return we will notify you by e-mail.
The refund will be credited to your account using your original payment method.
Alternatively, the refund can be credited to your Les Suites Boutique account if you prefer.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days following the validation of your returned items.. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please return it and we will fully reimburse your order including its shipping fee.
In the case of a faulty or defective article, we will fully refund the cost including shipping costs.
In the case of an exchange, the initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed. But the shipping cost on the replacement article is complimentary.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Les Suites. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. In some countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
Shipments to these countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities. Subsequently, delivery to these countries may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
Please note that you may be contacted by our courier to provide information and authorization from them to act on your behalf in importing your order through customs. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for the import and any import duties or other fees charged.
Shipments to Russia are subject to specific customs controls and duties. Subsequently, delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
Prices displayed on the website do not include duties and taxes. You will be responsible for any customs duties and taxes when your delivery arrives in Russia.
