Giambattista Valli is the definition of contemporary couture. His couture collection just launched in 2011 and he is already recognized as one of the key figures of Paris's Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture. Valli's collections are celebrated for their romanticism, fantasy mixed with simplicity and clean lines. Each piece is meticulously crafted, with decadent fabrics and impeccable tailoring. Born in Rome and based in Paris, Valli studied fashion and illustration in Rome and London. He is a seasonal designer who worked at Capucci, Krizia, Fendi and Emanuel Ungaro. Valli launched his first collection, and eponymous house, in 2005.
